It was described as pretty much unused and had been sitting in a cupboard for 20 years, and it matched the description on arrival. I just wanted it checked over before giving it to its new owner, expecting to leave it for a week or so.
Instead the manager of this shop asked to have a look at it, spent maybe 10 minutes looking it over and giving it a trial run stitching and confirmed its condition. We chose some cotton to go with the machine which was all we were charged for.
He could not have been more helpful,  obliging, personable & informative and the place itself has a quiet air of professionalism and expertise. Many thanks; recommended.

How quickly will my machine arrive?

Delivery is free to mainland UK on every machine. How quickly it arrives depends on the brand and whether we have it in stock, so if you need it by a certain date, give us a ring on 01553 773362 and we’ll tell you honestly what to expect. If anything’s on back order, we’ll call you and let you know where you stand.

What if I need help once it arrives?

Ring us on 01553 773362 or reply to your order email. You’ll speak to someone who sews and knows the machine, not a call centre. We’re happy to talk you through threading, tension or anything else that’s puzzling you.

Can I part exchange my old machine?

Yes. Tell us what you’ve got and we’ll give you a fair price for it against your new machine.

What warranty do I get, and who repairs it?

Every new machine comes with its full manufacturer warranty, and we’re an approved warranty agent. We service and repair in our own workshop in King’s Lynn, so you’re not sending it off to a stranger.

Do you price match?

Yes. If you find the same machine cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we’ll do our best to match it.
