Service & Repair

We offer servicing and repairs on all brands of domestic sewing machines, with all work carried out by our experienced engineers to the very highest standards. 

All work carried out is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of service or repair.

Our no-hassle network of service agents across East Anglia means you can simply drop off your machine to your nearest sewing shop from our list below. We will pick it up, return it our workshop where we will carry out the work and then drop it back for you to collect at your leisure. 

Alternatively you can bring your machine direct to our showroom in King’s Lynn, Norfolk.

All machines we sell are covered by some of the most generous Warranty terms on the internet. We are proud to be manufacturer approved warranty agents for all brands of machines that we sell and we are the only official warranty agent for Babylock in the UK.
