The man behind Sewing Machine World is Steve Broomhall, a sewing machine engineer with decades of experience in the trade. Steve studied clothing machine technology at the London College of Fashion, before going on to gain experience in his field by completing an apprenticeship with a clothing manufacturer. Later he worked in larger Pfaff and Bernina dealerships to increase his knowledge of the trade. He has also worked for VSM, the parent company of the brands Husqvarna and Pfaff.
