We are an official dealer and manufacturer approved warranty agent for BERNINA, Brother, Janome, PFAFF, Husqvarna, Juki and Baby lock. We are the only official warranty agent for Baby lock in the UK. 

We pride ourselves in providing our customers with exceptional after sales care and warranty support. In the unlikely event that your new sewing machine develops a fault the machine can be returned to us for repair, or even direct to the manufacturer, completely free of charge. 

Our engineers have the training and knowledge on all machines that we offer to give you the best back up. We also offer servicing and repairs.

We have a wide range of sewing, embroidery and overlocking machines on display in our showroom and we offer free one to one demonstrations and try before you buy. 

If you are looking to upgrade your machine we also offer part exchange.
