Adjustable Stitch Length

For the MO-654DE a convenient turn dial is located on the exterior right hand side.

Differential Feed

Is easily controlled and adjusted by a dial located on the exterior right hand side.

Automatic Rolled Hemming

Can now be created quickly and easily with built-in fingertip control. There is no need to change the foot or plate.

Lower Looper Threader

Allows for easy threading in seconds – simply slide your thread into a slot and snap the looper back in place.

Lower Knife Adjustment Knob

Adjusts the lower knife quickly to change the width of fabric in the seam allowance, for perfect seams and rolled edges.

Heavy Duty Knife System

The knife system on the Juki MO-654DE operates with a dedicated drive to assure consistent and easy cutting for both light to heavy weight fabrics.

Upper Knife Releasing System

Removes the upper knife so that threading is made safer and easier.

Multi-Purpose Foot

Comes equipped with a slotted tape guide which can be used to sew woven tape, elastic, sequins and ribbon.

Colour-Coded Threading Guides

Throughout the machine making threading easy and efficient.

Unfortunately the machine was on back order with Janome but both Sasha and Steve communicated this to me and as soon as it arrived with them they called me up so that I could go to view the machine. It was a 60 mile journey to Kings Lynn for me however it really was worth it instead of taking a chance ordering a machine online that I hadn’t even seen. Sasha was helpful demonstrating and gave me confidence to go forward with the purchase. She spent time with me ensuring I had covered anything I was unsure about, lovely, lovely young lady. Rita was also very welcoming. I have peace of mind knowing that I can drop off the machine to my local fabric & quilting store as Sewing Machine World collects from them weekly to service and repair…excellent service and good value. Rita could not have been more patient, spending as much time as I needed to demo the embroidery machine I was interested in. Though there are videos on you tube etc,  nothing beats being able to see it for yourself and ask questions. Given that these are not cheap machines, it’s definitely worth a trip. Without any sales pressure I was pleased to order the machine, which arrived 2 days later. I haven’t had to avail myself of the offer of a half hour lesson, but it’s there if I need it, and they service and repair too. I highly recommend a visit - you won’t be disappointed.

I had done a lot of online research for the particular machine I was interested in but wanted to see the machine in person before ordering, made contact with Sasha and arranged for a demonstration, she ran me through the workings of the machine so I could place my order with confidence. Nothing was too much trouble when accommodating delivery arrangements to fit in with my holiday dates. I feel confident should I need any help in future I will be able to contact staff without worry. A friend loaned me her Toyota overlocker which after trial and error I managed to get working, however, not with the cones of thread supplied.  Steve diagnosed the need for 4 small cones for the thread to sit on and within 10 minutes, I was on my way, stocked up with sewing machine supplies and an overlocker free of its naughtiness. And did I mention the 10 minutes included a quick peek at potential future machine purchases?  What a selection!  Thoroughly recommend.    I will be back!
