The BERNINA 325 is where the Swiss built range begins, and it is a favourite of ours for anyone who wants a proper BERNINA without needing a proper BERNINA budget or a room to put it in. It is compact, beautifully made, and it sews with the stitch quality the brand is known for.

BERNINA CB hook
A front loading metal bobbin case rather than a plastic drop in system. It is a large part of why the stitch feels so even, particularly on finer fabrics where a cheaper machine starts to show its limits.
Touchscreen and Sewing Consultant
Choose your stitch on screen, and if you are not sure which one you want, the Sewing Consultant suggests settings based on the fabric and the job in hand.
160mm to the right of the needle
Six and a half inches of working space, which is a sensible amount in a machine this size and enough for dressmaking and smaller quilting projects.
