Can I use part exchange with finance or offers?
Yes. Your part exchange comes off the price first, so there's less left to spread across our 0% finance over 12 months. It works alongside our special offers too.

Part exchange questions
I don't live near King's Lynn. Can I still part exchange?
Yes. Once you're happy with your valuation, you can post your old machine to us, and your new machine comes with free UK mainland delivery.
Is there a minimum spend?
Part exchange goes towards a new machine priced at £300 or more.
Can I use part exchange with 0% finance or a special offer?
Yes, it works with both. Your valuation comes off the price first, so there's less to spread across your finance plan.
Will you take a machine that doesn't work?
Sorry, we can only accept machines in full working order.
Does it matter where I bought my machine?
Not at all. Just send us the details and photos and we'll take a look.
My machine is quite old. Is it still worth asking?
Yes. If it's working well and complete, send us the details and we'll let you know what it's worth.
Do I need the original box?
It isn't essential, but if you're posting your machine, its original box is the safest way to send it. Pack it well either way.
