Whether your machine needs a routine service or a more complex repair, our team based in King’s Lynn, Norfolk has the knowledge and expertise to get it running perfectly again. All work is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of service or repair.

What does a sewing machine service include?

A standard service with us covers a full strip down and clean, lubrication of all moving parts, tension adjustment, timing check, and a thorough test before the machine is returned to you. If we spot anything that needs attention beyond the standard service, we’ll always contact you first before carrying out any additional work.

We service all brands including Brother, Bernina, Janome, Juki, Pfaff, Husqvarna and Babylock, as well as most other makes of domestic sewing machine.

Our no-hassle network of service agents across East Anglia means you can simply drop your machine off at your nearest sewing shop from the list below. We’ll collect it, carry out the work at our workshop in King’s Lynn, and drop it back for you to collect at your leisure. Alternatively, you’re very welcome to bring your machine direct to our showroom.
