To speed things up even further, you can customise workflows with the key optimisation and shortcut keys. Save costly mistakes with crisp camera positioning and real-time preview, built-in stitch simulator, basting stitch outline feature and smart stitch management.

The Matrix Copy function makes repeated patterns a cinch and the automatic colour stitch sequence optimises your workflow effortlessly.

Added administrator and operator locks add a new level of security and safety to any business setting.

With ten individually customisable needles, a generous 200 x 360mm working space, free arm and an extensive range of optional frame sets, you can take on any size or style of project and be confident that you can deliver.

Use My Design Center to create your own designs, or utilise any of the 1000+ built-in embroidery patterns. There are 50 lettering fonts, plus a 3D puff font, 100 stitches, 14 large embroidery font patterns and 10 buttonholes in 3 different sizes.

Customise fonts by adjusting the spacing, colour shuffling, or changing the thread density to improve the look of stitching. Add an instant pattern outline with the appliqué feature and reduce editing time with colour grouping.

Quilt with perfection on the PR1060W. Choose from one of 20 different motifs, 26 fill designs and 5 different sash designs. Camera positioning makes easy work of continuous patterns and sashes.

The wireless LAN enabled PR1060W seamlessly integrates with Brother BE EmbroideryStudio software, which provides in-depth designing capabilities, enhanced pattern editing technology and complete craft room connectivity.

Easily work on the large 10.1” built-in high-definition LCD display. View your designs in crisp, vivid colour and really see the detail with the zoom function which goes up to 200%. Easily adjust your design by rotating in 0.1-degree, 1-degree, 10-degree, or 90-degree increments.

With upgraded upper thread tension dials and expanded thread tension range you have ultimate control in the fine tension settings. You’ll see less puckering on lighter fabrics like satin and organza.

The included tubular frame serves as an extra support for large pieces of fabric. Easily attach and remove with no space between machine and table.

Embroider multi-coloured designs quickly and easily. Upper and lower thread trimmers eliminate time-consuming trimming when the embroidery is complete. You can individually customise each of the PR1060W’s ten needles for speed, colour lock and now, the disengagement of the needle threader – useful when using a thin needle!

Flexible threading system

Easy threading prevents thread tangles and knots, and provides stable thread tension.

Automatic needle threading

Simply press the automatic needle threading button and the upper thread will pass through the needle.

Automatic thread trimmers

Cuts upper and lower thread automatically at the end of each colour change on embroidery.

Easy access to bobbin

Save time while you embroider with the easy access bobbin. You can often change the bobbin without removing the frame.

Adjustable LED lighting system

The built-in LED natural lighting system provides adjustable brightness for a more comfortable work area.

Fast and adjustable embroidery

Get a professional finish, even on tricky items and using speciality threads. Embroidery speeds can be reduced to 400spm for flats, as well as for the (optional) cap and cylinder frame.

Auto-density adjustment

When enlarging designs, the stitch count is automatically recalculated, so your resized design will fit your custom project and maintain stitch quality. Designs can be adjusted from 60% to 200% of the original.

Group and ungroup

Select multiple regions at a time for editing colour. Easily group letters to move all at once, combine designs and edit them as one, or separate design elements and edit pieces individually.

Auto split quilting sash

Create beautiful sashing and border patterns sized perfectly for your quilt, up to 118 x 118” (3000 x 3000mm)! Patterns are split automatically for your selected hoop.

Minimise the number of thread changes when combining designs.

Colour shuffling

Choose new colour schemes for embroidery designs with enhanced functionality. Select from Random, Gradient, Vivid and Soft styles and a range of colour combinations displayed on screen. Personal preferences for starting colour can be programmed and complementary colour combinations will be generated based on your favourite colours.
